What We Do

TRPC is a retirement plan service, investment and recordkeeping platform. This means we perform many of the same accounting tasks that a bank might handle for a savings account.

Although our responsibilities vary from plan to plan, the following is a general summary of the services TRPC provides:

  • Daily accounting of your account balance, providing up to date information on earnings or losses.
  • Processing and payment of loans, withdrawals and distributions, when requested.
  • Production of personalized statements detailing your account activity.
  • Information about your retirement savings options and your investment choices.
  • Dedicated client care management to answer your plan and account questions.

In coordination with the governing laws, your plan sponsor determines your plan's provisions. These rules are provided to you in your plan document or summary plan description. We apply these rules as we administer your account.
